Come join Jung Kim (500 RYT, YACEP) for an Assisting Lab, a seminar and hands-on application enhanced training for yoga teachers who are interested in providing yoga assists. Deepen your skillset as an assisting teacher in this hands-on assisting workshop. This is a great opportunity for yoga teachers of all levels who are interested in coming to play in a safe and practical container to learn new assists, practice existing ones, on a multitude of bodies.
