CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
-
Power Flow
Our signature sweaty power yoga flow full of movement and breath. You will feel energized, clear and connected to better go with the flow in all aspects of your life.
-
Basics Flow
The perfect place to start if you’re a newbie, if you want to refine your practice or for anyone that needs modifications (pregnancy, postpartum, injuries). We move to a slower flow that focuses on the foundations of a yoga practice with even more education on alignment and plenty of demonstration.
-
$10 Community Flow
A community that sweats together, stays together. Expect a challenging class in a supportive environment often with a mix of other beginners and experienced yogis. Open to anyone and everyone for $10!!
-
Slow Flow + Restore
We will build just enough heat in our body to then slow it down and find stillness in longer held, passive poses designed to release tension, facilitate opening and work deep into connective tissue. Did we mention its candlelit?
