FAQ

  • YES! The studio is heated to 90-95 degrees Fahrenheit using far infrared radiant heat. Depending on the weather outside, the inside temp fluctuates a bit.

  • Every class is designed to be modified based on your experience and how you’re feeling in the moment. You can take it easy or kick it up when you’re feeling energetic and simply want a challenge.

  • We suggest purchasing our 2 Weeks for $50. You can take as many classes as you’d like over the 2 weeks and try as many teachers as you can to get a feel for our style.

  • We start class right at the scheduled class time. We cannot accept late arrivals after this. Our doors open 15 minutes before class so please arrive early to avoid any issues.

  • To help everyone stay fully present during class we kindly ask that all phones be kept in the lobby. If you’re wearing an Apple Watch or other wearable device, please switch it to airplane mode before class begins.

  • We suggest downloading the Momence app to easily book and cancel classes.

    To help us manage class attendance, we’ve implemented a 3 hour cancellation window. Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled class start time.

    Cancellation Policy Starting February 1st:

    • Class Cancellation Policy: 

      • Single Class Drop-Ins and Class Packs:

        • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within the 3-hour window or do not show up for a reserved class, the class will be forfeited.

      • All In & Side Habit Members:

        • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within the 3-hour window or do not show up for a reserved class:

          • A $10 late cancellation/no-show fee will be charged.

          • Side Habit Members: The class will be credited back to your account.

        • Courtesy Late Cancellation: As a membership perk, we include 1 waived late cancellation fee per membership month to cover unexpected changes to your schedule.

      • Please note:

        • All class cancellations must be done through Momence - we cannot accept cancellation any other way.

        • Our Class Cancellation Policy does not apply to 2 Weeks for $50 and Virtual members.

  • Yes, we have 1 shower that all are welcome to use after class. Its first come, first serve. We offer bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap for you to use.

  • Rental mats and towels are free to first timers and also included in our 2 Weeks for $50 and membership. Otherwise, there is a small fee for mat and towel rental.

  • If you need to pause, upgrade or downgrade your membership, please email us. If you need to cancel your membership, click here.

  • Wait-listers can see their place in line from their Momence account.

    When a spot opens up in class, the first wait-lister is automatically added and immediately notified by SMS.

    Within 1 hour of class time, if a spot opens up, rather than booking the first wait-lister into class, an SMS will get sent to all people on the waitlist and whoever responds first will get the open spot.

    If you are on the waitlist and decide you no longer want to attend class, remove yourself from the waitlist.

    If a customer does not have a phone number on file, they'll be emailed.
