Take your teaching to the next level with our 12-hour Yoga Sculpt Training, led by Josie Rosa Gatlin and Stephanie Rindosh. This training is designed for yoga teachers who want to bring the power of Yoga Sculpt to their teaching—seamlessly blending the flow of yoga with the strength of Pilates, dynamic resistance training, and high-energy movement. Learn how to create a full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, and endurance while keeping students engaged and motivated.

Meet your lead trainers!

  • Josie Rosa Gatlin is a 200hr Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) through the Yoga Alliance and a Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider (YACEP).  She completed her 200hr Baptiste Power Yoga training in 2014.  She continued her training with Yoga Sculpt, Hot Yoga, and Restorative yoga, and continued studying anatomy and kinesiology. 

    She has been a Philly yoga teacher since 2015. Josie had a passion for movement and fitness before yoga.  She completed a certificate in Personal Training in 2007 and worked as an ACE certified personal trainer in Arizona, New York, and New Jersey. She has experience working with pregnant people, seniors, and other demographics. 

    Yoga and fitness is for all.  Mindful breathing, joyful movement, and self empowerment is what Josie helps you uncover.

  • Stephanie has been teaching yoga classes for 5+ years, holding a RYT 200 certification and an additional 50-hour training in anatomy. She has taught in studios, community centers, and private sessions, where she emphasizes the connection between mindfulness and the body. Stephanie is also a certified barre instructor with 200+ training hours. She believes yoga is a perfect complement to other fitness routines, enhancing overall well-being through mindful movement, anatomical awareness, and discovering the body's potential.

    When not teaching yoga, Steph and her husband are hanging with their dog in Brewerytown or traveling (often to Greece!).

What you’ll learn:

  • How to design a balanced, energizing Yoga Sculpt class.

  • Proper form, safety, and effective techniques.

  • How to use them safely and purposefully.

  • The difference between Yogic breath and Strength training breath.

  • Work in small groups to refine and innovate your flows.

  • Lead Yoga Sculpt with resistance exercises and receive feedback.

  • Learn how to build motivating, meaningful playlists.

  • Friday, June 6 | 6:00 - 9:00 PM

  • Saturday, June 7 | 1:00 - 6:00 PM

  • Sunday, June 8 | 1:00 - 5:00 PM

Pricing:

  • Early Bird Pricing: $275 – Sign up by April 30!

  • Price increases to $325 on May 1

prerequisites:

  • All participants must have their 200 hour yoga training certificate

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund. If you cancel within a 48 hour window, no refund will be given.
