Themed Move + Groove’s are back!!

Our regularly scheduled Friday night class is getting a GLO up with Lee! Kick off the New Year with a great flow, a playlist full of Soul Music, and the studio will be glowing with disco balls, black lights, glow sticks and body paint. It will feature soul music songs that you recognize and some modern day remixes! Students are welcome to don any 60s/70s groovy gear, or a throwback t-shirt (totally optional). Come for the flow, stay for the glow—let’s start the year with love, light, and music that moves us!
