Our regularly scheduled Friday night Power Flow is getting a GLO up with Lee! We’re adding an extra 15 minutes, a playlist full of Soul Music, and the studio will be glowing with lava lamps, black lights, glow sticks and body paint. Some artists to expect are Isley Brothers, Herb Albert, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Aretha Franklin and more. We hope this class starts your weekend off right with some sounds of love and resilient spirits.
