Yoga Nidra: Deep Rest

Join Jule for this 75-minute yoga experience that combines Asana and Yoga Nidra with the purpose of releasing physical and emotional tension and connecting with the inner self on a deeply constructive and healing level.

The workshop will begin with a movement-oriented warm-up, focusing on opening and lengthening poses to unwind tightness in the body and connect with the breath.

After movement, we will find a comfortable, restorative pose to experience a guided meditation of Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra, translating to "Yogic Sleep," leads practitioners into a deep state of conscious awareness by undergoing a systematic process of relaxation, affirmation, and visualization.

This practice is for everyone! No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. Be prepared to turn inward, expand your awareness, and connect with yourself on a whole new level.
