September is Blood Cancer Awareness Month and we are seeking support from YOU to raise money for a dear friend in the Yoga Habit community who was recently diagnosed with Leukemia.
Community is the heart of Yoga Habit and when life unexpectedly throws curve balls, there is power when we come together to support each other.
Join Kelley for class on September 29th at 6pm and flow for a cause that will make a difference.
All proceeds from this class will be donated to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, A nonprofit organization dedicated to blood cancer research around the globe and quality patient services before and after treatments.
To attend class, you can donate in the amount of $10, $20, $30, $40, or $50.
Can’t make it to class but want still to contribute? Pease send your donation to our Venmo account (@yogahabit).
Share with your family and friends and let’s show up BIG!
Our classes are beginner friendly. Every class is designed to be modified based on your experience and how you’re feeling at the moment. You can take it easy when you’re getting started (or just want to relax) and you can kick it up when you’re feeling energetic or simply want a challenge.
Our classes are heated. We’ve invested in far infrared radiant heat panels to warm our space to 90-95 degrees. The heat is gentle but will definitely create an invigorating and sweaty practice.
Classes start on time. We begin one minute after the scheduled start time, and we can’t accept any late arrivals after this point.
We offer rental mats. Rental mats are available for a small fee. Rental mats are free to first timers and also included in membership.
