Meet us on the mural for our 7th summer leading FREE Yoga at the Oval! We are so pumped to be back in the energy of community fun in the neighborhood. Bring your friends and family to join class and hang after to enjoy the food, drinks, performances, and all the Oval has to offer! This class is all-levels and full of movement and breath.

Our classes are beginner friendly. Every class is designed to be modified based on your experience and how you’re feeling at the moment. You can take it easy when you’re getting started (or just want to relax) and you can kick it up when you’re feeling energetic or simply want a challenge.
All outdoor classes are weather-permitting. Be sure to check for updates on our Instagram page (@yogahabit), in the event of extreme heat or rain.
