This workshop will empower those who enjoy running (in any form) to uncover how their yoga practice can best support their running journey. Britt will leave you with a short & realistic warm up & cool down flow to incorporate before and after runs. We will also work through several ways to modify the Power Yoga practice to accommodate your running goals. Whether you are a marathoner or a casual jogger, this workshop with give you powerful long-term tools!
