Arm BALANCE & INVERSION WORKSHOP: A 2 Part Series

Are you interested in playing with arm balances and getting upside down? Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen and refine your practice, this playful, conversational, and experiential two part workshop with Tim is for you. These workshops will consist of discussion, embodied learning, exercises, and inquiry. All skill and experience levels are welcome.

In the first 90 minute session we will have:

• A brief warm up and conversation about Arm Balances and Inversions as well as where they occur within the practice.

• A pose and alignment clinic focusing on Crow, Side Crow, Shoulderstand, and Tripod Headstand.

In the second 90 minute session we will:

• Build off what we learned in the first session and explore more advanced inversions not previously covered.

• Do a pose and alignment clinic on Handstand, Forearm Stand and other variations of Headstand.

Bring your mat, your journal, and a sense of play!

When: Saturday, October 19th and Saturday, October 26th from 11am - 12:30pm

Price: $60 for both sessions. $35 for one session. Members automatically receive 15% off at checkout.
