Pre-registration is required. Sign up ahead of time on our schedule.
Bring your own gear A mat, water bottle, towel, etc.
Our classes are beginner-friendly. Every class is designed to be modified based on your experience and how you’re feeling in the moment. You can take it easy or kick it up!
All outdoor classes are weather-permitting. Be sure to check for updates on our Instagram page (@yogahabit) in the event of extreme heat or rain.
