Join Liz in a 45-minute flow to cultivate positive emotions and space for reflection, connecting opening in your body with opening in your heart and mind. We’ll spend another 45 minutes using the science of flourishing to set intentions and goals for the new year. This will include journaling and engaging in one of the most widely researched and implemented positive psychology interventions, the best possible self exercise. We’ll also use the science of habit formation so that you leave with a specific plan for implementation.
