Here are the ways we create connection within our community!
- A physical, power yoga practice in a 90-93 degree heated room – this physically demanding practice challenges us to connect with our physical strength which helps build our inner strength.
- The practice of mindfulness and meditation – we connect our mind, body and spirit which leaves us feeling clear and grounded.
- People! – We are an open, welcoming community that values connection with each other through our yoga practice, workshops, fun events, community service and conversation.
