Happy 8th Birthday, Yoga Habit! Our regularly scheduled Friday night Power Flow is getting kicked up as we celebrate Yoga Habit's Birthday!!  We’re adding an extra 15 minutes and an eclectic throwback mix about birthdays and the passing of time - "Happy Birthday" by Stevie Wonder, "Changes" by David Bowie, "Send Me On My Way" by Rusted Root, and more. The studio will be decorated for this special birthday celebration, so expect streamers, balloons, and party hats! All are welcome to keep the celebration going at Urban Saloon following class to cheers Yoga Habit's 8th year on Fairmount Ave.
